Fifteen Puzzle Pro

No account is required and we do not ask for your name, email address or phone number. Your settings and any unfinished game are stored on your device only. Uninstalling the app removes them.

We still receive the automatic technical data described in Information Collected Automatically below.

• Account identifiers: the first time you publish a result or report a name, you sign in with Google or Apple, and we receive the email address associated with that sign-in. If you use Apple's “Hide My Email”, we only ever see the relay address Apple generates. The app itself never reads your email address — it is held only on your account record.
• Your name: a display name you choose the first time you publish. It is chosen once and cannot be changed afterwards from inside the app. There are no profile pictures.
• Published results: the results you explicitly choose to publish — your time, your number of moves, and the starting board you solved. Publishing is always a deliberate action.
• Reports: if you report a name as offensive, we record the reported name so we can review it. We do not record who filed the report.

The leaderboards are public. Anyone using the app can see, for each board size:

• The display name you chose
• Your best time and move count
• The starting board you solved, which other players can replay to take on the same shuffle

Your email address is never shown. Reports are private — the person whose name is reported is not told, and nobody can see who reported whom.

• Crash logs and diagnostics: to find and fix stability problems.
• App activity: which screens and features are used — games started, puzzles solved, results published — to understand usage patterns and improve the app.
• Device and advertising identifiers: used for analytics and to serve the optional rewarded ads that let you replay another player's board.
• Device integrity checks: the app verifies with Google or Apple that requests come from a genuine, unmodified installation. This protects the leaderboards from automated abuse and fake results.
• Purchase status: whether you have an active Premium subscription. We never receive your payment card details — payment is handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store.

We do not collect your location.

• To provide the app: run the leaderboards, keep your published results attached to you, and keep your subscription active across your devices.
• To keep the leaderboards civil: review reported names, remove ones that break the rules, and prevent automated abuse.
• To improve the app: analyze crashes, performance and usage patterns.
• To show optional ads: rewarded ads that you choose to watch in order to replay another player's board. Premium removes them.

We do not sell your personal information.

We rely on the following providers, who process data on our behalf:

• Google Firebase — sign-in, the leaderboard database, analytics, crash reporting, remote configuration and app integrity checks.
• Google AdMob — rewarded ads. Where required, a consent form is shown before any personalized ads are served.
• RevenueCat — manages subscription status.
• Google and Apple sign-in — used only to verify your identity when you join the leaderboards.

You can delete your account and its data at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app, or by emailing us.

We keep your published results for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account removes them from every leaderboard, along with your name and the account record itself. Records of reported names are kept so we can act on them; they never identify who filed the report.
