Fifteen Puzzle Pro
Delete Your Account
Last updated: August 29, 2026 · Fifteen Puzzle Pro is published by vekt.dev
You can delete your Fifteen Puzzle Pro account and its associated data at any time, either from inside the app or by emailing us. Both routes delete the same data.
Option 1: Delete from inside the app
- Open Fifteen Puzzle Pro and go to the Settings tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm when asked “Delete your account?”.
- Sign in once more with the same Google or Apple account, to confirm it is really you.
Deletion runs immediately. You will see “Account deleted” when it has finished.
You must sign in with the same provider you originally used. Google and Apple accounts are separate, and signing in with the wrong one will not confirm the deletion.
The Delete account option appears only when you are signed in. If you have never signed in with Google or Apple, you do not have an account and there is nothing to delete — the puzzle is fully playable without one.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed, email us at info@vekt.dev with the subject Account Deletion Request.
Please send it from, or tell us, the Google or Apple email address you used to sign in, so we can identify the account. It also helps to tell us the name shown on your leaderboard results. We will confirm once the account has been deleted, normally within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your published results: your row on every leaderboard — 3x3, 4x4, 5x5 and 6x6 — including the name, time, move count and starting board shown with it. They stop appearing on the public leaderboards for everyone.
- Your name: the display name you chose when you first published, and our record that it was claimed.
- Your account record: your user account and the link to the Google or Apple identity you signed in with, including the email address held against it.
Your published results are removed before the account itself, so nothing of yours can be left behind on a public leaderboard without an owner. If that step fails, the account is kept and nothing is deleted, so you can safely try again.
This is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleted results cannot be restored, and a name you release may afterwards be claimed by somebody else.
What is kept, and for how long
- Moderation records: if a name was reported to us, the record of that report is kept so we can act on it. It names the reported name only — never who reported it. Email us if you want a report record about you removed.
- Anonymous analytics and crash reports: diagnostic data that is not linked to your identity, retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Your purchase: a Premium subscription belongs to your Google Play or Apple account, not to your Fifteen Puzzle Pro account. Deleting your account does not cancel it — manage or cancel it in the Play Store or App Store.
- Settings on your device: your sound, vibration, board size and mode, and any game in progress, are stored only on your device. Deleting your account does not touch them — uninstalling the app removes them.
